In Lebanon, adult cancer patients often find themselves navigating their journey without sufficient support. From the moment of diagnosis through treatment, survivorship, and beyond, these individuals require guidance from professionals. Unfortunately, the government in Lebanon doesn't prioritize the comprehensive well-being of cancer patients, including their psychological, empowerment, and social needs. The existing support falls below the basic requirements.

Therefore, the Barbara Nassar Association is undertaking renovation work on a 4-story center in Achrafieh. The center aims to provide psychological and moral support, rehabilitation, empowerment, as well as guidance to meet financial and in-kind needs for adult cancer patients in Lebanon. Serving as the primary reference point, this center will cater to patients irrespective of the hospital they are receiving treatment in, type of cancer or the attending doctor they have chosen.
